Service Engineer Position

Responsibilities:

• This job holder will work as part of service team in establishing and meet customer satisfaction by providing strong technical & application solution support.
• Pre-sales technical & application support.
• Minimize instrument down time, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, calibration and spare part order.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related fields 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Computer literacy and fluent in English (speaking & writing).
• Have own transportation (car) and willing to travel up-country. 
• Strong technical skill, analytical mindset, understand circuit diagram, use of multimeter, basic chemistry & physic knowledge. 
• Organize, hardworking, confident, fast respond, responsible and job commitment.
• Ability to work under pressure with good service mind, work well both independently and in a team environment. Able to stay back on-site while necessary.
