Products are Isostatically pressed, Alumina-Zirconia-Carbon composites. Materials like Zirconia-carbon and Magnesia-carbon at different zones are used to make it suitable for longer sequence casting.
Tailor made sesigns are offered to meet specific requirement of the users.

Special features:

♦  SEN / SES with Zirconia-Graphite at "Mould powder area" for excellent corrosion resistance. The percentage of  Zirconia can be enriched for higher life
♦  With Magnesia-Carbon in seat area for using in special grades of steel
♦  With Anticlogging bore for low Carbon, Al-killed steel
♦  Flat type SEN for narrow sections
♦  Effective use of nano-zirconia at slag band for achieving higher life
♦  Thin Slab SEN in collaboration with TYK, Japan
