Products are basically Isostatically pressed Alumina-Carbon composites. Tailor made designs  are offered to meet specific requirement of the users.

♦  Composite type shrouds with superior corrosion resistant material in slag zone and spalling resistant material in body for longer sequence casting 
♦  With steel encasing in neck area for addition strength
♦  Y-shaped shroud for neck strengthening and reducing nitrogen pick up
♦  Shrouds with argon injection system through in-built channel / porous ring / groove / steel CAN to reduce nitrogen pick up
♦  Shrouds with pyroplastic sealing gasket to reduce nitrogen pick up
♦  Bell shaped design to reduce turbulence in tundish 
♦  Reverse taper design to reduce NMI in steel
♦  One type of material is using for neutral and acidic tundish covering powder
♦  One type of material is using for high CaO basic tundish powder
