Instant Temperature Measurements for STEEL PLANT & FOUNDRIES

Immersion Disposable Thermocouples are used to measure the temperature directly, precisely and instantly through immersion method in the production & refining of iron, steel & other ferrous and non-ferrous. It is a simple and cost effective instrument and provides the quickest way to get the most accurate readings. The thermocouple is connected to the coupling lance which contains the polarized contact block.

Calibration of the thermocouples wire: According to IPTS68, IEC684-1(1977) and JIS C 1602-1981. The reference for Platinum wire is Pt-67 and the tests are done in furnace for calibrating thermocouples. The reference point for standards is the freezing point of palladium in an argon atmosphere.
